How Gift Cards Work

• Gift cards are NOT sent automatically to your loved one. When you buy a gift card you will be emailed the Gift Card Code. You should then forward this to your loved one at a time that suits you with your message.
• Gift cards will retain their balance and so do not have to be used all in one go!
• If you or your loved one lose the code, we can reissue it with a new code. (Note if it is already partially used, only the remaining value will be resent. )
• Expiry: 12 months from date of purchase
