Heavy Backing Vilene provides support and stability to fabrics for your sewing projects. Although a slightly heavier weight than Peltex or Decovil, it can be used as a more cost-effective substitute.

How to Use
Always test on a piece of scrap fabric first.
Place your interfacing fusible side up on an ironing board.
Place your fabric wrong side down on top of the interfacing.
Top with a pressing cloth and apply steam, Holding each position for 10 - 20 seconds. Allow the piece to cool completely before moving.
NOTE: If you are concerned about scorching place your fabric on the bottom layer, then the interfacing and then the pressing cloth on top.
