How Gift Cards Work
Gift cards are NOT sent automatically to your loved one. When you buy a gift card you will be emailed the Gift Card Code. You should then forward this to your loved one at a time that suits you with your message.
Gift cards will retain their balance and so do not have to be used all in one go!
If you or your loved one lose the code, we can reissue it. (Note if it is already partially used, only the remaining value will be resent.)
